2019 Frame Australia Timber Offsite Construction Conference & Exhibition in Melbourne

Baldasso Cortese were invited to present our recently completed 276 Flinders Street Second Tower Project at the 2019 Frame Australia Timber Offsite Construction Conference & Exhibition in Melbourne.

Architect Songyun Sui, alongside other key design and build influencers from Multiplex (building contractor), Bonacci Group (engineer) and XLam Australia (CLT design/supply), gave delegates a first-hand opportunity to engage directly with the team for this innovative and sustainable project, which showcases the use of cross-laminated timber and lightweight steel grid frames to add almost 4,000sqm of additional commercial space to an existing CBD retail podium.
