This residential tower is comprised of a vertical and horizontal element, defining the integrity of the building. The vertical element serves to earth and “protect” the lighter, internal form.

The body of this lighter tower is intersected horizontally in “block” formations to visually alleviate the solid mass, and provide intermediate green levels for the enjoyment of the residents.

The first garden level above the podium is dedicated to communal amenities, and offers extensive views over the city of Melbourne.
