The Jubilee Mews is designed to provide high quality private residential living that responds to the wider Jubilee estate community vision.

This contemporary development of 19 dwellings will establish a new benchmark for residents with access to various exclusive recreational clubs, parks and community spaces.

Our design approach sought to have a two storey presentation to the street, but utilising a split level design to allow for the creation of large ‘4 level’ townhouses with central staircases that connect all levels.

A robust brick base with lightweight timber cladding and render to the upper levels gives a contemporary feel to this new development.

The position of external terraces on every level overlooking the park and the mews provide passive surveillance for residents.

The design integrates the mews with the park entry, by orientating driveways to the front of the mews and encourages residents to use park on the opposite side as communal open recreational space.
