Overlooking the Kananook Creek and Port Phillip Bay, this Mixed Use complex envisions the creation of a new public realm for the City of Frankston.

Above the apartment, the podium extends 4,000sqm of retail and commercial space. Active frontages enliven the street interface, while the facade is modelled to exaggerate the slender, vertical proportions of the tower.
