BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MELBOURNE

Are you a seasoned Business Development professional with a passion for leadership and client relationship management? We are a leading architectural and design practice delivering award winning work across multiple sectors and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in both Collingwood and Geelong locations.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business initiatives, maintaining and building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our practice. You will collaborate with Principals, Sector Leaders, and Project Directors to ensure the successful delivery of our services and uphold our values of trust, respect, honesty, integrity, and teamwork.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide clear direction and support to relevant staff, manage business development activities, and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships and winning work. The role will include preparing bid submissions, leading to a pipeline of work across all our sectors including Education, Care (seniors living/aged care, Health & community), Mixed-use and Social Housing, Retail and Commercial.
