Mainpoint Apartments takes its name in reference to a heritage building on the intersection of Moray Street and City Road.

The step formation of this mixed-use building mirrors the surrounding urban setting from north and south. Scaled metal clads the podium, while upper level office façades are patterned in stylised tree forms.
