Project Completed by Baade Harbour Geelong (BHA)

The Monash House Private Hospital is a conversion and internal fitout of an existing Office Building across 3 levels.

The redeveloped building houses consulting suites (GP Clinic), a Day Surgery including 4 Operating Rooms, 14 Recovery Beds, Discharge Lounge, CSSD, CT Scanner, and support spaces, 8 Overnight Bedrooms, Kitchen, and Meeting Rooms.

This project provided many challenges and design solutions to convert the existing Office building (class 5) into a private health facility (class 9a), overcoming challenges of existing structural & space constraints to meet client needs and functional spaces as per the DHHS guidelines.

Interior fitout, together with material and color selections, enhance both the clinical and client spaces, to ensure user comfort and functional needs are met.
