Baldasso Cortese was commissioned to design a brand new state-of-the-art apartment complex in the Mornington Peninsula.

With an integrated ground floor entrance mixing the office, cafe, and apartment entrances, the building opens up endless possibilities for a key junction in Sorrento.

Positioned on a key corner near the ocean front, the design accentuates the junction with a sharp edge softened by greenery possibilities on the facade.

The deep recesses in the apertures make this possible by creating room for soil beds with abundant access to the sun, as well as creating a sculptural presence to the building.
