The existing 75-bed Homestead Lakes and 60-bed The Homestead respective facilities located at Wallington, Geelong, Victoria were TLC’s first aged care homes constructed in the early 1990s and have attracted a rural based resident demographic who have enjoyed the wide-open spaces and country homestead feel of the facilities.

At final development, the facility will accommodate 280 beds for residential ageing in place, 4-day respite beds, a retail pharmacy and café, a medical centre providing general practitioners, retail pharmacy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy pool, mobile radiology, pathology, telehealth and other allied health services to provide care to both residents and patients from the local community.
