Set amongst the former rural farmland and the adjoining burgeoning new Warralily Estate residential housing subdivision currently being rolled out, the TLC Warralily Gardens Integrated Care Hub located at Armstrong Creek, Mt Duneed (Geelong, Victoria) will provide much needed residential aged care services and primary and associated allied health services for the local community.

The Integrated Care Hub is at the forefront of aged care development and innovation; the facility will accommodate 180 beds for residential ageing in place, a retail pharmacy and café, a medical centre providing general practitioners, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy pool, dental services, mobile radiology, pathology, telehealth and other allied health services to provide care to both residents and patients from the local community.

The TLC Healthcare brief called for a contemporary Club like feel to the building design and interiors to accommodate the higher level of expectation which the baby boomer generation, now commencing to enter into retirement, will likely expect and demand as their need for aged care services increases over the coming years.
