Set back at the termination of the axis, the taller tower’s façade carefully draws the eye upwards, while a semi-circular forecourt excised from the podium emphasises the ‘Summus’ entrance.

Townhouse duplexes sleeve the car parking, while a communal courtyard and entertaining pavilion provide focal meeting places for the site.
